By using the ZeroDrop application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Service Description
ZeroDrop is a marketplace platform that allows users to discover and purchase special offers on fresh food products from local businesses (restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores, etc.) at reduced prices.
3. Role of ZeroDrop
ZeroDrop acts solely as a technology intermediary between buyers and sellers. We are not a party to transactions between users and businesses.
ZeroDrop does not prepare, store, handle, or deliver food products. All products are prepared, stored, and sold directly by partner businesses.
4. Vendor Responsibility
Vendors (partner businesses) are fully responsible for:
- The quality, freshness, and food safety of all products they offer
- Compliance with hygiene and food safety standards applicable in Algeria
- Accuracy of product information (ingredients, allergens, expiration dates)
- Proper storage of products until customer pickup
- Compliance with all applicable local regulations
By registering on ZeroDrop, each vendor certifies that they have all necessary authorizations to operate their business and commits to complying with applicable health and safety standards.
5. Limitation of Liability
ZeroDrop disclaims all liability regarding:
- The quality, safety, or compliance of food products sold by businesses
- Any health issues, food poisoning, or allergic reactions resulting from product consumption
- Hygiene or storage practices of partner businesses
- Accuracy of information provided by vendors about their products
- Any direct or indirect damages related to the use of products purchased through the platform
⚠️ Important: In case of any product issues (quality, freshness, safety), you must contact the business directly. ZeroDrop may facilitate communication but is not responsible for resolving product-related disputes.
6. Buyer Obligations
- Check the condition of products at the time of pickup
- Report any issues immediately to the business
- Respect the indicated pickup time slots
- Consume products within appropriate timeframes
- Inform the vendor of any food allergies before purchase
7. Complaints and Disputes
For any complaints regarding a food product:
- Contact the business first directly to resolve the issue
- If the problem persists, you can report the business through the app
- ZeroDrop reserves the right to suspend businesses that do not meet quality standards
8. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon publication in the application.
